Well, Windows 8 is just a small upgrade to Windows 7 (start menu is like a tablet menu, metro I think twas called) and a few performance tweaks. It should run everything just fine.

I would get Spec Ops too but I have a limited budget.
So, I found a few candidates for my motherboard but a few of them say this in the description:
AMD AM3 100 and 200 series CPU support up to DDR3 1066MHz
Does this mean my CPU doesn't support 1600mhz RAM?
