Personally I'd have to say Disgaea. Like TheYellowCellPhone said about TF2, the story, lore, and universe are just so funny it's hard not to want to look up every obscure reference. Speaking of which, that ends up making me a big fan of and knowledge base for the rest of Nippon Ichi's games...
