Off the top of my head, Bioshock 2 comes up first. It felt like a rushed re-hash and re-skin, making the worst part of Bioshock a core gaming mechanic (the protecting the Little Sister). Hopefully though Bioshock Infinite will restore my faith in this series.

In Oblivion, I've gotten very precise with my Bow, arcing shots from great distances, but my most favorite shot was fired in a cavern and struck a Troll directly in his middle eye, perfectly center. I was very pleased with myself.
