Many of the Kingdom Hearts (1 + 2) cutscenes were very 'Wow...'. Especially in Kingdom Hearts 2 with the cutscene of Roxas running up the building with two keyblades, fighting. The cutscene near the beginning of the game where you travel through rapture is also very good.

Correct me if i'm wrong, but i found Bioshock to be quite original... The idea of this underwater city for the brilliant minds of the world. The story line was uncommon for its genre and some of its features i had never seen before in any previous game.

My latest 'wow' moment has to be whilst playing Resident Evil 5. I was fighting Wesker for the first time and, like all previous bosses, decided to shoot him with a rocket launcher... But he caught it. So, as i crapped myself for a moment, i equiped a sniper and shot the rocket in his hands...

The Big Daddy from Bioshock. Eek! First of all... You wouldn't even be able to have a decent conversation with him... And if you make it angry then Its all over!

Flak Cannon doesn't stand a chance against the Redeemer ;)

The Redeemer from the Unreal Tournament series. In some of the games you can fire it and control the missile through the map... Not just that but it creates a massive explosion where it lands killing enyone unfortunate enough to be near it. Oh... And the Rocket Launcher from Resident Evil 5...

Daemon Summoner for the PS2 ... Ick. It had 6 levels which were about 30-45mins long. Horrible.
