Sorry to burst your bubble, but I don't think there is one. They typically only release value packs for the mainstream games (GH 1, GH2, GH 3, etc). I already had 2 guitars and a mic when I got Metallica, then me and my brother split the cost of a drum set. Oh, and it ROCKS!!!
