To answer your question, yes you can pick up cars and run at the same time, no it doesnt make any diference to your roaring rampage and finaly, yes you should give look since it is better than the last one, althoug it seems to be lacking in the dicking around department compared to prototype 1.

While prototype 2 is better than the origional, its stil missing a thing or two. First of you cant blame others for being you in disguise. second is that you cant hammertoss yourself halfway across the map. And finaly you you cant elbow drop from the top of a building and see how much damage...
