    How long do you work out at a time?

    For me, 5 minutes of cardio warmup, half an hour of weights, half an hour of cardio. The weights consist of one group (arms, back+chest, abs, lower body) that I cycle through each session. If the workout in question involved lower body, I usually chill a bit before I hop on the EFX.
