I'm a game designer/developer/programmer who plays D&D every week with a love for intelligent music and a particular dislike for the bar scene. So...no.

I agree with Dr. Spaceman: let the market fix it. We should try offering smoking permits for these bars. That way, they have to think seriously about whether or not they want to allow smoking in their bar. This imposes less on the smokers, and increases the "freedom" we have over the issue...
