Morrowind. Of course, only technically finished. I did almost everything to be done in it and decided that I was done. As far as what I thought about it, well, It was the seventh time I've played it so that probably tells all. Especially since I plan on playing it through again soon.

My advice comes from personal experience: Develop a different unconscious habit. For me, I shuffle cards. It allows your brain to relax and focus. Use overhand shuffle as it is quieter and is easier to make a habit out of.
