By far, From all the RTSs i've played, Company of Heros is the best and i've played quite a few It takes a bit more time, and skill to play than other RTSs out there YOu can't just Spamm stuff out... you actualy gotta move, and advace to get resources So, in my opinion It's gotta Be...

Turns out... You add milk! You add milk, to the powdered water, to get water... Just the opposite of powdered milk :D GeniouS!! I've tried so many things too.... But milk makes it water. Thanks for your help.

Because, I bought some Powdered Water the Other day..... and im still trying to Figure out what to add.... and any one help me?
