Ninja Gaiden for the original Xbox. But not due to a fault of mine - thanks to an update it deleted my save(s) when I was pretty far into the game. I got pissed off and haven't tried to get as far since then. Ah well.

This might be due to a patch made for the game, try clearing your cache. It worked for me when the game froze during a cutscene on chapter 10 over and over. OT: Ninja Blade. I just can't find the motivation. QTE's are fun, but they get tedious after a while.
