Worst I've ever felt was getting to the 'Save Cid' section of Final Fantasy VI, deciding, "Ah screw him he wouldn't live much longer anyway," and then watching Celes try to off herself. I felt like a total asshole. =|

Turn-based psychological horror games. And a game -with a storyline- that requires two players together to actually play through. Not much marketability but DAMN would it be interesting. Basically, new stuff we haven't seen before.

Earliest back I remember: T'was a Gameboy Color, and two games: The Legend of Zelda Oracle of Ages, and Pokemon Silver. It took two months to figure out how to save. I was a retarded child.
