I was a little weirded out by the trailers for it. It just seemed too...epic to be Speed Racer. Don't get me wrong, I love Speed Racer, but I was getting the feeling the Wachowski Bros were trying a little too hard when the trailer made it look like the races all occured on tracks out of old...

So apparently Gore Verbinski wasn't satisfied with leaving the ocean after the Pirates of the Carribean trilogy and wants to make a Bioshock movie. What do you guys think? I can't find the original article I read that in, but here's some more about it if you're interested...

I'm so glad to know that my toaster isn't the only possessed one out there. I can cook pretty well, but that stupid toaster's just a toss up. I have a hard time believing I can prepare a complete meal from salad to entree to dessert yet fail at toast.

I think he's from Fire Emblem. I know he goes hand in hand with Roy and Ike, and I know he's in a Japanese game that hasn't hit the states (or anywhere outside of Japan as far as I'm aware) yet. Hence his little victory speech in Japanese.
