Well, if you think about it, if you're living in a certain game world, don't those rules apply to you as well? Thinks like respawning, saving etc. I can imagine the Silent Hill world is a bit of "getting used to", but I'd never wanna be in extremely repetitive games like tetris, peggle etc...
