I realize half the people here have said video games, but its true. Nothing relieves stress quite like blowing up aliens. Also, putting on some Thievery Corporation works for me too.

Agreed, I have it as my ringtone. Definitely more badass than the original (after all, they picked it for the Black Hawk Down soundtrack for when all the helicopters were moving out).
While playing the Ravenholm chapter of HL2:
Mom: "I don't think you should be playing such a violent video game."
Me: "Mom, I'm 22 years old."
She also took away Goldeneye and hid it from me when I was a teenager. I found it a few days later.

After Al Qaeda, the Taliban, PETA, Nambla, Scientology, the UN, the Democratic/Republican parties, I'd say... reggaeton. Don't know if a genre of music can qualify as an institution, but its just awful.
