Bayonetta is one of my favorite games of the current gen cycle. I loved the polished controls and the crazy (but well written) story kept me engaged until the very end.
I hate to think of all the gamers who didn't give the game a chance because they thought it was just an overly sexed up game...
The main thing I want to see on the next-gen consoles are for the manufacturers to create an ecosystem where more MMO's can thrive.
MS is a perfect example where they were never able to come to an agreement with MMO developers regarding sharing revenues. Sony on the other hand ha at least...
I'm currently having this problem with Dark Souls.
The first 17 hours were great- knuckle biting excitement kept me going- however, at this point the difficulty spikes are getting the best of me.
The thought of playing the game after a hard days work is a turn off when I'm tired and...
I'll be the first to admit that I suck at this game. As AlternatePFG pointed out, I didn't understand the consequences of the curse ailment until it was too late as I had some how managed to avoid the Basilisks all together while travelling through the Depths.
I have literally died hundreds...
Here are my thoughts after 16 hours of play so far.
I can't recall a game in recent memory where I have felt such a range of emotions while playing. At times I'm dreading the unknown around the next corner. At other times I feel like a bad ass while swatting down waves of enemies after I've...

My biggest dissapointment however was not the 3D technology but the horrible graphics. I truely wonder how Nintendo thinks they...
Educate me on this guys, I understand that the hardware backwards compatibility of the "fat" PS3's have been discontinued but I thought the slims still had "software" backwards compatibility- similar to xbox360- where it works on an emulator.
Does it not work?
All time favorite here is Final Fantasy 3/6. It's probably the game I've sunk the most time into outside of Counter Strike and WoW.
My first game was Dragon Quest 3 in Japan- not sure if ever released here in the U.S.
I used the search function and could not find any threads on this topic, so I apologize in advance if this topic has already been discussed.
I was thumbing through the upcoming release dates and ran across Castlevania Lords of Shadow which has a release date of 10/05. I saw several trailers...
I have not been disappointed in a game to this degree in a while. After hearing from several sources of how good the game was, I took the plunge and purchased the game along with 2 of my buddies.
Having played through Halo 3 coop when it was first released, I could not shake the feeling that...
