Quite gentle, I got the Metro Bundle and the last Eps 2-5 of Life is Strange, so about £15 (ish). Something close to 20 dollars I'd imagine, too late to bother converting proerly.

FFIX. It's so fantastically done in every way, but so are other games. I can't explain why I love it so much, maybe I just played it at the right age.

I agree completely. It was horrific and beautiful at the same time, and absolutely perfect.

For a more recent note, the Hannibal season 2 finale. Just...holy shit. It makes the Red Wedding look like a barrel of laughs.

I've read the books, and I'd have to say I like the changes. The books just stagnate so much and it's nice to see some questions answered. The scene with the baby was really menacing, but I'm not sure about the...thing's design. He looked like a blue and white version of Darth Maul to me.

I really like both, but prefer Malazan. It's got far less filler, a more interesting world and I find it to be more shocking that ASoIaF at times (holy shit, the end of book 2). However it did suffer a lot from over-ambition - the ending was great but there was so many plot threads not tied...

Eh, I love the Souls series but they've always been really ugly. While I'd never not play cause of that, there's no real reason for them to be as demanding as they are, even on console - it's just poor optimization.

I'm playing Metal Gear Rising and Mass Effect 2, both on PC. I'm not really enjoying either of them that much. MGR I got just because I fancied something new, I guess it's reminded me why I don't usually play those kind of games that much - I find the gameplay pretty dull, and the cutscenes...

I really enjoyed the story and setting of both, but Infinite was just such a slog to play, found the combat bland and the plasmids uninspiring.

I go to /vg/ more, /v/ is just a fucking mess, and also full of spoilers for anything you can think of.

I don't listen to music while gaming either, unless I'm doing something mindless like grinding in Demon's Souls or FF or whatever. Generally I just don't like it, and feel like I can't split my attention to give either one full justice. I don't listen to music while skyping with friends or...

Probably not until Christmas, though I am massively tempted. I'm off to Uni and taking a console with me means taking a TV and that's just too much. Not to mention how much it'd wreck my already poor work ethic. So I'll just sit tight for now and hope to avoid spoilers. Would also like a PC...

I like (perhaps love) Pokemon, but I haven't played one I enjoyed since Ruby/Sapphire and the original remakes. I've played a bit of Diamond and I wasn't impressed, I feel like they just can't recapture the magic of the early ones. Maybe I'm just too old, but I think I'm done with Pokemon apart...
