One word: Xenofreakinggears. Fun battle system, genuine challenging boss battles, and perhaps the most convoluted and batshit crazy while still emotionally engaging story I've ever seen in a game.
In between all the Yahtzee fanboys and those who try to take him to task to shine their e-peens, the comments for these are almost as good as the videos themselves for a laugh.

Vanish + X-Zone... and I completely concur with the post right above me, about Orlandu's unbalancing of Chapter 4 in Final Fantasy Tactics. Lightning Stab alone takes most of the challenge out of the end of the game.
