I don't understand what was so bad about Dragon Age 2. I mean, I understand it was, at best, only tentatively connected to the first game, but still, I rather liked the game itself.

Good choice, I have very fond memories of that game. I still have it around here somewhere; my only problem would be tracking down all the disks.

Indeed, I love the game. And Xenogears, as well! I played that last year, although unfortunately I got ground to a stop because I can't defeat Id.

Well. This thread seems to have had an unexpected side effect. After creating it, and reading all these responses, I was suddenly struck with the urge to pick up Skyrim again. I'm playing it right now. xD

I suffer from the same thing, but the spiders in Skyrim don't frighten much. I use them to exorcise my arachnophobia >:D! The ones from Dragon Age almost made me cry, though.

I for one hope this is a little minecrafty in design. The concept sounds interesting, but it depends on what it means by "build a fortress." Does it mean construct the fortress from scratch the way you want it built? Or, does it mean that you are given a prebuilt fortress that you can modify...

I'm sad that Advent Rising never got finished. It ended with a cliff hanger and then the developers went out of business. I'll agree with the people who are saying Starwars Battlefront 3. Game was awesome. Valve needs to get their asses in gear and finish up Half-Life already. KOTOR 3...
