You do have legitimate complains, most of which would be fixed by more time and the longer script, and I do appreciate the comments. However, you could, perhaps, have phrased your complaints better. Or at least, less belligerently. Then, you WOULDN'T be "being a HUGE dickbag". I'll keep...
