Sadly, Its not Wacky Wheels :/ In the game Im thinking of, theres no characters. Only cars. Also, its not the kind of "Mario Kart" tracks..more like dirt tracks, country side tracks etc.. A little bit more open. I still hope someone can help me.. It would have been awesome. It means so much...

Hi :) For weeks I have been trying to figure out the name of a game I played in the late 90's...could have been early 00's. I was young, and it was a very long time ago, so I don't remember it all that well :\ It was a PC game.. Most likely on Windows 98, or maybe XP. It was a racing game...
