I don't think we have much chance of games being considered art until the choices are made more complicated, for example, KOTOR. I play through as a good guy all the way through, till I come to a binary choice, side with Bastila or against her, nothing else mattered. I personally preferred...

Homeworld without a doubt, although DoW is very impressive, I never really cared about the story the way I did with Homeworld.

Yea, I don't care about my gamer score either.

Just add System Shock 2 to the list and it'll be complete for me, ... and maybe wing commander and eye of the beholder, they did get me started oh so many years ago.

I wouldn't say I cried but yea, mission 3 in homeworld and the first 2 endings to max payne 2 were emotional. And yea Viconia really got shafted no matter what happened. The ending to "out of this world" made me feel a bit sad too, you never really know what happened.

Damn it, everyone always beats me to it, I was too late to rant in favour of Guybrush being able to hold his breath for 10 minutes, and I didn't get to vote first for Raiden from MGS 2. Biggest rip off game ever, why would you need to play as anyone but Snake?
