yea that's a good call, I didn't think of that xD also offers a chance for some more character development and back story. maybe a fresh start isn't such a bad thing after trying to cram everything from the first 3 in dmc4 :S

Personally i think Dante looked better in the other 4 games, his appearance and wise cracks kinda set him apart from other characters. He just seemed so much more awesome :D I think the main problem is that for me, DMC was about stylish combat and the devil trigger. DMC3 (prequel) did well...
