Huh. I always thought the problems lie with the customers. In Germany they're called D.A.U. or Dümmster Anzunehmender User (Dumbest assumable User or something like that). Reminds me of an old story i've read couple months ago :) Tech Support: "OK Bob, let's press the control and escape keys...
