Other, The Fat Boy in Fallout III. Two reasons: 1. The Idea of a Mini-Nuke + Launcher. 2. The way it feels to fire one in game. I remember how it immense it felt to fire my first one off. (I think the one that fires off multiple ones is a waste and very much overkill.)
