"Infinite Space III: Sea of Stars", apparently. Judging from the pictures and reviews, seems to be a 3D, slightly enhanced version of the second game. Might check it out later, but I think I prefer the 2D graphics more.

Been trying to find a game I remember playing in my childhood for a while now. Can't recall much, but I know it's mainly a space game. Pretty sure you can choose different classes of ships (Yellow ships) and maybe customize them slightly with different weapons or something. You travel around...
