The final boss battle in Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door. Not so much for the difficulty of the fight, but the length of the fight combined with the two long cut scenes that you can't skip made it such a chore to replay that I just gave up after about 4 or 5 attempts.

It might reach 1000, I just hope it's not this same argument going back and forth between Tempdude0 and TerraMGP for those next 200 posts. Maybe it's time to just agree to disagree? I think people get too upset by Yahtzee's opinion sometimes. That's all it is after all, a personal opinion.
