Nothing's going to strip players away from WoW, Aion's just going to establish a new market, it plays like a game some one who just picked up a MMO would enjoy.

If you've read the manga for Mushi-shi there's definitely more stores out there that the anime didn't cover. Maybe if enough new stories come out (since the manga is still in serial publication) more episodes will be made.
