Square's games have a tendency to really get to me. FF7- Red XIII discovers the truth. Aerith's death was NOWHERE near as sad as this in my book. FF8- Rinoa in space. That entire section. Kingdom Hearts- Dear god, the ending on this one is so heartwarmingly tragic.
