I think it is about time we saw the SPARTAN II's in game. Particularly Kelly-087, Fred-104 and Lynda-058.
On a bit of a side note, obviously there is lots of speculation about Cortanas actual fate and her return. Personally during the encounter with the Librarian, as soon as she told us about...
I think It would be great to see some of the SPARTAN II?s in Halo 5 and 6.
At the moment we have Spartan Ops introducing new characters and bringing in Halo greats like Dr. Halsey. I assume that Spartan Ops will be the foreshadowing to Halo 5, I also assume that Characters like Dr Halsey...
Some of the emotional scenes are subtle, some are as you put it exaggerated. However I already stated "Yes some of the emotional parts are exaggerated slightly form what you might expect, but that is a new developer putting their mark on the franchise (for the better). It fits the parameters of...
I disagree, in Halo 3 Chief ventures into a Flood infested high charity, specifically to rescue Cortana, then shows similar emotion when he finally reaches her. O when Johnson dies he displays grief and emotion (all be only for a slight and fleeting moment) and his relationship with Cortana is...
I don't think that he has become ?Mr. Lovey-Dovey? in Halo 4 as you put it. The emotion he displays is ONLY directed to Cortana. As I keep saying is to be expected, due to their relationship and her facing her mortality. In the extended universe he displays emotion in similar situations, e.g...
You are right, this is not the first time Chief has faces hardships, but it is the first time that is has been something that he could not control. This time he can?t ?shoot my way out. Mix things up a little." It is something he can?t affect himself. This time it is not a faceless entity...
His personality did not change in Halo 4, he just showed emotion in certain parts of the game that he did not before. It is no coincidence that all of the parts that he did show emotion, it was for/directed to Cortana.
On Ivanoff Research Station during 'Composer', the whole facility was...
I have thought about it too. As you said it would be very dark and thought provoking, the implications for A.I.s role in society. All very, very interesting stuff. Just not for these character. To implement something like this with Master Chief would demand a major change in his personality. He...
I Agree 100%
THe final scenes of Halo 4 were amazing, anybody who is denying a love between Master Chief and Cortana are in serious denial for the worst, their relationship compleates eachother. One without the other wont work, from both a stroy, character and gameplay side.
John also...
I am very interested to see where the 'Reclamer Trilogy' will take us next, Halo 4 was a complete game in its own way. Cortana Problem solved (although I believe it is safe to say that she is not dead and will be back in Halo 5, the flow/game/Master Chief would not really work right without her...
On point 3, whilst playing through the campaign as soon I encountered the Librarian (which I thought was an excellent part of the story and I loved the inclusion and encounter) and she showed Master Chief the Didact?s plans and what the Composer planned/was trying to do I thought straight away...
