I got nauseous too, and I'm pretty young. I think it was when you had to build up momentum by falling through the portals again and again...but I just had to take a quick break and then I was fine again.

If you don't want to use addons, you can decrease the size of your UI, and I believe in Interface option, there are options to add action bars to side and to the bottom.

You respawn where you saved last. In all seriousness, I'm not quite sure what happens when you finally kick the bucket, but I believe that matter cannot be created nor destroyed, so when we do die, perhaps our consciousness continues to live on somehow? I'd go with the, "I don't know...
