Are you guys really arguing about the canon of Evangelion? Seriously, that overrated piece of crap doesn't even deserve to be mentioned. Plus, they could easily be defeated by a large list of other anime characters, even with their mechs.

It depends if you count the character as having all powers given to him through outside means. If so, I'd say Light from Death Note. Besides being brilliant, he can kill anyone with a name and a face, and thus basically anyone on the list. By the way, Vash and Alucard aren't human... Vash...
