I thought it was going to be a real, online flash game. Then I saw that would've sold for $2,000. Then I felt stupid for falling for it.

I think its all up to if they're ready for it mentally. As long as they're not easily influenced or scared, I think its fine for them to play violent games. But up to a point, I don't want a parent to be getting their 8 year-old something like Leisure Suit Larry.

I don't think this is logical reasoning at all. You liked their music before, you should still like it no matter what. If you learn that the lead singer is gay, it doesn't make their music suddenly terrible.
