Undoubtedly the time when I was playing Domination for the explicit purpose of trying to get Claymore multi-kills, and I got a 4-way kill with one when they were all rushing C on Wasteland. It was beautiful.

I'm guessing it's something to do with its popularity in places like South Korea. It's absolutely massive there, so there's clearly a market for a sequel.

No, although I did put a tag in my name when I played Enemy Territory (RtCW) that was for a casual group of people that (very rarely) played together. The only other game I've played online for any real length of time is MW2, and I don't see how clans can work with that.
