Oh yeah, I'm definitley going to have to see this with my Girlfriend. She loves them as parodies anyway (disliking the 3rd for all the angst just ruining the fun) so this sounds like a blast.
There's a lot of uncertainty in either scenario. In any case, the guy could very well miss. But once you return fire in a lethal manner, one of you is going to the morgue.
Odds of actually hitting those areas? People can shrug off bullets for a time when up on painkillers and other drugs. And in that scenario you've got 2 dead people in a worst case scenario and 1 dead in a best case.
Ambivalence. While the spirit and enthusiasm of those who really like sport (and school kids) is heartwarming, the amount of bull surrounding the whole thing has left a sour taste in my mouth.
But in those cases it's easier to get a tip off that something is up. Massacres like this take planning, when you start bringing en-masse chemicals it's more likely to attract police attention especially in the age of Terror scares.

On the plus side: at least Wii U releases can't be splintered and things hidden behind paywalls quite so well. How much you pay starts and ends at the cash register.
This could be a godsend to people who are having security issues with online purchases. The Steam library but you can access it with cash instead of having to share details online. Or if someone's between cards when the sales kick in.
Again with the shots to the Retake: Mass Effect group. Jeez, enough already. The metaphors in Cabin in the Woods are fine on the whole Audience/Filmakers dynamic... or at least it would be if there was a cevat that the ways they made sacrifices in the first place worked so they did it ad neaseum...
The problem with the split between the Dark and Grittyness of GTA4 and the silliness of the Saints Row series is that it has left a void in the market for those who liked the middle ground. Something where you could have all the wrong fun, but not that it feels too artificial.
