But it isn't inherently unnatural, is it? Plenty of animals mate with their parents/siblings/whatever, look at lions. And I'm fairly sure that at least some of those pairs have offspring. So if by 'unnatural', you mean a sexual deviation from the norm unique to humans, then no, I don't think it is.
