I think they're afraid that a modern gamer would load up the game and then just go "Well what am I supposed to do!?!?!?" and turn the game off in confusion.
You aren't doing anything "wrong" by not paying. Go watch the South Park episode "Freemium Isn't Free"
They are expecting 95%+ of the players to never pay a dime. You aren't even the target audience. You aren't stealing anything.
Not in the slightest. Hearthstone is one of the worst...
This game has pretty much the same strengths and weaknesses as Xenoblade X - they sacrificed a significant amount on the alter of the open world gods. It's tons of fun running all over the place on your chocobo exploring and fighting and doing the bazillion side quests, but it comes at the cost...
That's why the (first two) Batman games worked so well. The random mooks you could stalk from the shadows would half the time talk about how much they hate Batman, and half the time talk about some pizza place on the corner that they robbed that one time.

Uh, yes it is. Because people have been saying it since Sticker Star came out. Also it's their jobs to find out what people like and don't like about their games. Nintendo now has a long history of ignoring...
...lol. Yeah Sony made the PC version too, right?
Arrogance and ignorance.....a combination that ensures no one will ever take anything you say seriously. You might as well just stop posting.
All the reviews for this game are hilarious, because they all say "This game is so great! It looks great and it's funny! Ohbutitsjustlikestickerstarandthosepartsarereallyreallyreallybadbutmaybetrytoignorethosepartsyeahweknowyoucantignorethemsojusttrytotolerateit.....did we mention the game...
Variety is a huge part of this. It's fine if you have to clean out someone's basement of rats, but you should only be doing that once in the whole game unless there's a twist on it. (Like the second one you do, it's not rats at all but there's some cave in the basement that leads to an ancient...
