If you can make any game you want what would it be and what company would you give it to?

I have several answers to this question. Most of them are sandbox FPS RPGs based on already-licensed properties, but hey, they are still my answers. I know next to nothing about the ins-and-outs of which up-and-coming development team has the hottest stars or brightest rookies, so I would start...

'Creativity Chemical' Helps the Intelligent, Hinders the Average

Yawp. I'll file this one under "It's not what it is, it's what you do with it", since the same stuff does different thing to different people. Having said that, there's also the possibility that, when the black market supplements hit college campuses, there will be serious bragging rights...

What's the problem with guys who have long hair?

It's also possible that they are yet another group who can't be bothered to learn the difference between a "podiatrist" and a "pedophile" until they're sued for libel/slander. Ignorance and fear of a given threat are far more dangerous than the threat itself. Except for C'thulhu, of course...

Do you think music is getting better or worse?

It's harder to market a song that doesn't give socially-awkward teenagers good lines to use when trying to pick up dates. Because, y'know, a song that tells a story or has a message means that the listeners have to, like, pay attention and stuff. And that's just not cool, aight? 'Scuse me...

    what can fix your day?

Singing some nifty songs that will NEVER show up on MTV: "Let Union Be" (English traditional) "Up and Away" (Poxy Boggards) "It's All Good" (Brother) "This Is My Song!" (Carbon Leaf) Or just listening to some good ol' fashioned action music. I'll not bore the threads with my tastes in...

Do you think music is getting better or worse?

IMHO, the "greatness" of early bands can be chalked up to one thing: The industry of the era would take risks. Yes, you had one-hit-wonders by the score, but those hits are still being sung today. The Beatles didn't follow a formula. Their songs weren't composed by committee using audience polls...

should games be more artistic than fun?

To borrow the words of a far more insightful man than myself: "... with music and fun, and if you're not careful, you might learn something before we're done." "Art" and "Fun" are not mutually exclusive. "Ugly" games can be fun for decades, if they're done right: anyone want to deny that...
