We should only be so lucky. ME3 was released with a disgracefully underdone ending. Bio went back and fixed it to cover their very public error, not for the fans regardless of what people want to think.

NBA Jam back in the arcade days. I remember reading one of the programmers bragging he was a Pistons fan and if you played as the Bulls and had to hit the last shot to win, he made it so you would never score. That game was one of the most frustrating cheats ever.

Overheating. ME1 pistol x 2 frictionless materials and high explosive ammo = a true heavy pistol. Made you be conservative with shots but I found that just made me make each shot count. I used infiltrator however. Never used an assault rifle in any mass effect game.
