i don't think any game should be remade. They're great the way they are, changing would screw everything up. If companies want to they can just make ports of some older games like Lengend of Zelda: Orcania of Time or Megaman 2 without changing a thing so at least most of the magic is there. But...

i think that Halo: Reach is going to fall flat on its face. Army of two looks a little generic, but most things are these days so it could still be at least decent. In fact now that i think about it Army of two would probably be decent, but nothing special.
