Chris Rock did a really fun and surprisingly educational documentary called Good Hair. It's about how black people do there hair differently and how it's a big part of their lives. It's very fun, doesn't beat you over the head with it's message, and the stuff you learn is actually very interesting.

I rather grew out of a lot of it, but my favorites will always be FullMetal Alchemist and Yu Yu Hakusho. FMA had excellent plot, in anime and manga, and great characters. YYH was just a load of fun and wonderfully compelling once the second season hit.
