My best advice is to not use your bed for anything but sleeping (ie, no watching TV or reading in bed). Condition your body to where when you lay down, it's sleep time. Cut Caffine COMPLETELY out of your diet. I had insomnia for almost 2 years, and cutting soda and coffee out helped a lot...

My brother's a Dermatologist. His best advice is to cut back on soda and drink straight water for two weeks. Lots of outside time, and like many have said a good swim in a chlorine pool. Other than that, wash your face at least twice a day. Hope that helps!

Wish I would have seen this review before I payed 14 dollars for an Imax ticket. Would have saved me the trouble. Seriously, why the hell is Johnny Depp in this movie so much? And why in all that is holy does he use a broadsword?!?!
