KOTOR 2: The Sith Lords. Yes it has flaws and bugs but it's one of my all time favorite games.

As far as old games go: Battletoads - I couldn't even beat the game with an infinite lives cheat! Super Ghouls and Ghosts - Just too difficult in every way. The first two Oddworld games - Very difficult but still a lot of fun.
