Making an expanded storyline to a rich universe? Cool. Rehashing previous iterations past their conceivable narrative bounds? Not so much. Chief, your tale is done. Give another perspective a go, eh old chap?

Go play the original Phantasy Star; it's great for both a way to burn some time and from a historical standpoint. You can get it on Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection for the 360 or PS3 (which also has phantasy stars 3-4 and Beyond Oasis, also great JRPGs. Especially Beyond Oasis.)
