Splinter Cell Conviction when i realized stealth was no longer a priority in the game, very heartbreaking.

Scariest moment in a game for me was in Fatal Frame 2. When you walk down the stairs in one house and you see a ghost fall by you out of nowhere, then continue onwards to fight with it. Using a camera against a staggering ghost with her head hanging awkwardly made me stop for a while.
