Mega Man 10 has an achievement to beat the game without taking damage.... last I checked nobody had that one.

Blaster Master for the NES. For something a little more recent I'm gonna go with Blood Bowl.

First time I played the new super mario bros game on the DS I used a giant mushroom during my first bowser encounter and squished him like a goomba, certainly the funniest boss fight I've had.

For some reason my roommate likes watching me play certain games, but personally I can't watch others game for too long...unless its some game that is more like a movie.... MGS4?

Got set up no problem within an hour. Game plays better than I had hoped *shudders over NFS carbon*.
