Persona 3, Persona 4 are easy to get into. I prefer the latter but story-wise it doesn't matter which you play first. If you like shooters, I'd recommend the first Bioshock, since it has slight RPG-influences and the narrative plays an important part, a part every truly great RPG also has to it.
