I'm going to have to go with BlazBlue in this, if you want a specific game then BlazBlue: CSE. I find that 's more-or-less balanced with a good amount of characters with various styles. I think everyone would find a character who's style they like unless they're excruciatingly picky.

I think if there are any sort of exploits or active tactics that most would consider 'cheap' in a multiplayer situation then it is fundamentally flawed.
