The "witches" part in particular sounds unfamiliar to me, can you tell me anything about those witches? Anything at all about anything, do you remember how the game's menu looked like?

Is it perhaps related to "Transformers: Robots in Disguise"? Was it perhaps similar to Heretic(MSDOS) or Hexen(MSDOS)? Did it remind you of Wolfenstein because of the art style or because of the gameplay?
