A generic space marine with powered armor, oversized-weapons, rough voice, and B-movie dialogue.
If not that, then a crappy game that shoots flaming chickens, covered in nails at your eyes.
Nothing new to add. I use this same approach with upcoming films I want to see. Watch one trailer and read one preview. That's it! It is this approach where I found myself surprised by games like Silent Hill: Homecoming and Gears of War 2, when I play them.
A character in a horror game whom is incapable of fighting and focuses on running and evading his monstrous pursuers. Which is basically what the upcoming ?Silent Hill: Shattered Memories? is supposedly going to be. So my wish is going to come true (maybe). I hope the game works out.
In terms of the RPG's that get almost everything right? Mass Effect and Final Fantasy 12. Plus, Final Fanatsy 9 which was my very first RPG/adventure game.
Yes! I did like Final Fantasy 12. It was one of the best games I have ever played. Even though I found Vann and Penelo likable, the game could have been done without them.
I wish it focused on Basch and the rest of the gang. Plus Ashe could've used some pants. Ahem...yeah.
